What can I have picked up?

NIXIFY handles furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction waste, mattresses, and general junk. If it fits in a truck, we can likely haul it.

How quickly can a driver arrive?

Many pickups are matched within minutes. Same-day and next-day hauls are common depending on driver availability in your area.

When do drivers get paid?

Drivers receive payouts quickly after a haul is marked complete. Exact timing depends on your connected payout method.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe with industry-standard encryption. Your card info is never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel a pickup?

You can cancel before a driver accepts with no penalty. If a driver has already accepted, contact support for assistance.

How do I contact my driver?

Once a driver accepts your pickup, you can message them directly through the in-app chat on your job details page.
